PURPOSE

Build, organize and mobilize a statewide movement to

end poverty in Minnesota by 2020

THE WORK/Goals

Public Will: Build a base across religious communities to involve people of faith in a movement to end poverty as fundamental part of a life of faith

 

Public Policy: Form a broad base of support to promote public policies

to end poverty at both state and county levels

 

Public Leadership: Engage leaders of faith to build alliances within and across sectors

 

Public Accountability: Ensure public accountability for the progress toward ending poverty in Minnesota by 2020

 

Public Access: Develop and support economic well-being for communities and their members
